The TOOLSiD system stores data about the device binding to a particular pass
At the moment of interaction of the pass with the ACS reader, the TOOLSiD system is interrogated about the employee status (existence/non-existence of active equipment)
Proceeding from the survey findings, the ACS resolves to permit exit/block the exit from the areas
A desired part of the employees database with cards identification data, full names and positions shall be loaded from the ACS owing to integration into the employee account in TOOLSiD. On the TOOLSiD side, an employee profile/card is created with the fields filled in, the rights for employees are set “by default”, the system becomes available for use when the pass is read by the reading unit. Visualization of new employees in the TOOLSiD system with the current integration depends on the configured synchronization periods
